In Content & assets > Assets, click an asset to open it.
When you restore an older version of a content item that uses a previously deleted asset, you restore the asset as well. The restored asset will appear in Content & assets > Assets.
To find uncategorized assets faster, choose the Not in… option in the taxonomy filter. You’ll get the assetsnot tagged with any of the terms in that specific taxonomy.
Fast asset replacement considerationsBefore you activate this feature, familiarize yourself with the consequences that may affect your project:
Replacing an asset affects all content items using it, including your published content.
The asset URL changes upon replacement. This affects any direct links to the asset.
The replacement ignores content type limitations for the file type, file size, and image resolution.
The replacement doesn’t change the current asset renditions. This can make some crops non-sensical. You may need to check them manually afterward.
The replacement is immediate and cannot be undone.
Deleting multiple assets is fail-safeSelect multiple assets at once using Shift + click. After you click Delete assets, only the assets that aren’t currently in use will be deleted.
